Partnership with Rainy River First Nations

Shared Prosperity

BMI and Rainy River First Nations are collaborating on precinct-level riverfront revitalization in Fort Frances. Together, they focus on community wellness, economic growth and shared prosperity for the region. The partnership has led to the joint acquisition of the International Bridge in Fort Frances—Aazhogan, the first Indigenous-led bridge acquisition in North America.
