The Bradshaw Lofts is a mixed-use, adaptive development of the historic 1903 Mooney Biscuit & Candy Company turned warehouse. Led by the BMI Group the project was completed in the winter of 2020. It has 56 residential units and four commercial spaces, currently filled by thriving local businesses and the University of Waterloo School of Interactive Design.
Award-winning contribution to Stratford
In 2021, the City of Stratford honoured BMI with the James Anderson Award for the Bradshaw Lofts. The award recognizes individuals who make significant contributions to preserve Stratford's built heritage.

Lot 44
Lot 44 is a multi-use two-storey building in the heart of Stratford featuring a restaurant and sleek, modern office spaces on the main floor, and five luxurious full-service apartments with hotel amenities on the upper floor. BMI renovated and re-opened this beautiful mixed-use space in 2022.
